The thinking, published in the open.

Practical finance explainers

Keystone publishes short, practical finance explainers for owner-led businesses. Useful on their own, and a way to see how the practice thinks before you ever engage it.

Teaching is part of the practice, not marketing for it.

Most small business owners were never taught to read their own financials, and most finance content is either written for corporate analysts or designed to sell something. Keystone publishes the middle: the specific, unglamorous reasoning that turns a set of books into a decision.

The same material feeds KRG Institute programs and the client work. If an explanation is not clear enough to publish, it is not clear enough to put in a management pack.

Where to find it

YouTube

Walkthroughs with the file open: building an add-back schedule, laying out a dashboard, reading a balance sheet line by line.
